I didn’t get much sleep, but I don’t know if it was the hotel bed or what… I’m planning to do some walking today and hopefully some...

At times it’s easy to take comfort from them, at other times inspiration; and even when the river is dark, moody, and changeful, rippling with thousands of moving surfaces each...

We have something planned for almost every weekend this month. A wedding at Lowndes Grove, a Tumblr meetup at Marion Square, a trip up to Greenville to see the in-laws, and then my grandparents are visiting from out of state. So today I discovered that the best riverside restaurant I’ve been to in the Charleston area, the old River Cafe on Folly Beach, which closed down years ago, is now open again, under a new name and  probably new ownership. I’ll definitely be checking out the Sandbar Restaurant quite soon.
