I just discovered the most amazing thing, purely by accident. If you have Google Earth, zoom into the Palmer Home at 5 East Battery Street in Charleston, and double click on it. It will let you actually tour the interior of the house, room to room. You can even go up staircases by double-clicking on them. I don’t know how many other historic homes you can do this with (if any) but this is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen on the Internet.
